About the role
BSM House is seeking a creative Reels Content Creator to transform ideas into high‑performing short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling hooks, scripts, and concepts tailored to target audiences and buyer personas.
- Produce and edit short‑form videos that boost views, engagement, and watch time while staying true to each brand’s identity.
- Monitor trends, adapt them to brand guidelines, and continuously optimize content based on performance analytics.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating short‑form video content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
- Ability to analyze performance data and refine future content strategies.
