About the role

This entry‑level position supports the regulatory function of a pharmaceutical company. The Junior Coordinator will act as a liaison with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) and help maintain up‑to‑date regulatory documentation.

Key responsibilities

Follow up with JFDA on all regulatory issues and submissions.
Develop and implement action plans to meet company objectives.
Organise and maintain all regulatory files and ensure they are current.
Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

BSc in Pharmacy or PharmD.
1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably regulatory.
Strong English communication skills.
Team player, creative, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

Advanced computer skills.
