Remedial Senior Associate

About the role
The Remedial Senior Associate is responsible for managing the recovery of losses on charged‑off and delinquent credit accounts. You will work closely with defaulted clients to negotiate payment solutions, restructure loans, and monitor restructured accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with defaulted clients and oversee past‑due loan accounts.
- Develop and implement restructuring or special payment arrangements as needed.
- Follow up on restructured and monitored accounts to ensure compliance.
- Prepare credit proposals and execute related transactions.
- Assess the financial viability of borrowers and negotiate payment schedules.
- Prepare settlement transactions and recommend charge‑offs when appropriate.
- Execute manager‑directed business requests and follow established guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit recovery, collections, or related financial functions.
