About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Rental Sales Agent to join our car‑rental team at Queen Alia International Airport. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of vehicle rentals and related services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries.
- Explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options clearly.
- Upsell additional services and maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally.
- Ensure a smooth, positive customer journey from start to finish.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in car rental, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Valid Jordanian driving licence.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts at Queen Alia International Airport.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
