Sales Account Engineer

About the role

The Sales Account Engineer will work on‑site in Amman, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships for avx Group’s ICT solutions. You will act as the technical bridge between prospects and our product portfolio, ensuring each deal delivers measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking and inbound channels.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs and match them with avx Group’s offerings.
• Guide customers through the full sales cycle, delivering presentations, demos and consultations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, pricing and service agreements; negotiate and close contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer‑success teams to align outreach and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on product features, market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of sales experience, preferably B2B or technical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced ICT environment.
