Sales Agent (Opener) – Outbound Call Specialist

About the role

WUDUH, the Jordanian hub for a U.S.-based financial settlement solutions provider, is seeking a motivated Sales Agent (Opener) to join its growing team. You will engage potential customers over the phone, introduce the company’s products, and help drive conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects, presenting the company’s financial solutions.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude to reinforce brand image.
• Build rapport through active listening and clear communication.
• Develop deep knowledge of product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Adhere to ethical sales standards and company compliance policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and manager to refine techniques.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Adjust strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum C1 level English proficiency.
• 2–3 years experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience and persistence when handling rejections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
