Sales Consultant - Life Insurance

About the role

Delta Insurance, one of Jordan's first insurance companies, is looking for a motivated, results-driven Life Insurance Sales Agent. The role centres on building lasting client relationships, introducing tailored life insurance solutions to prospective customers and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking and outdoor/field meetings to build a client base.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients to foster trust, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Work with the sales team to refine strategies, improve the customer experience and drive growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and best practices in life insurance sales.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.

Required skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to adapt to clients' needs.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adopt new tools such as CRM systems and data entry software.
