About the role
KODA is a talent management agency for creators in Jordan and the wider MENA region, representing 300+ creators and selling their campaigns to brands at real rates. It is hiring a Sales Executive to bring in brands and turn them into deals. The role is commission only, with no base salary, and is an independent contractor position working hybrid in Amman.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to brands in Jordan and the Gulf
- Pitch creators and close first deals
- Build relationships that turn into monthly retainers
- Hand closed deals to the KODA team for delivery
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Sales or brand outreach experience is a plus
- Bold, consistent and not afraid of hearing no
- No experience needed; results are what count
What we offer
- Commission of 30% of what KODA earns on every account sourced, for the first 6 months of each brand, paid after the brand pays
- Uncapped income, with retainers providing recurring monthly income
- Hybrid work in Amman with in-person meetings when needed
