Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. You will promote our products and services to prospective customers and act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, generate leads and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals and other channels.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
• Expand market share by identifying customer segments and tailoring approaches.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients, conducting regular follow‑ups.
• Present product features, benefits and competitive advantages through professional sales presentations, proposals and demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contract conditions, securing profitable deals within company policies.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, pipeline updates and forecasts on a regular basis.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and provide actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain organized documentation for all sales activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
