About the role
Denamica is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager for SAS Software and Solutions in Amman. You will shape and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while building strong client relationships across the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, preparing regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to design tailored client solutions.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and apply data‑driven tactics.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, and closing.
- Monitor and attend local and regional IT events and work closely with software vendors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis and trend identification.
- Familiarity with IT solutions, data analytics, cloud services and software optimization.
- Understanding of MENA market dynamics and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
