Senior Consultant - Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead and support complex life‑sciences consulting projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, develop cost‑effective solutions, and ensure high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or participate in design, development, and delivery of consulting engagements.
• Analyze client requirements, develop proposals, and create detailed documentation.
• Guide analysts, consultants, and statistical services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and craft tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and findings.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow‑up with clients post‑delivery.
• Act as Project Manager when required, managing timelines and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or the life‑sciences industry.
• Strong project‑management, client‑influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of consulting methodologies and current life‑sciences market trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
