Senior Picker Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Picker Supervisor to lead our picking team at our Amman warehouse. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure orders are selected accurately, efficiently and on schedule, while supporting continuous improvement of our warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily picking workloads, schedule shifts and monitor performance of pickers.
• Supervise on‑floor activities, conduct quality checks and enforce health, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics and other warehouse functions to resolve discrepancies and maintain optimal stock locations.
• Coach, train and mentor pickers, providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation in warehouse management systems and report operational status to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, order picking and inventory handling, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities, including workload allocation and performance monitoring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to lead diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
• Physical ability to work on‑site in Amman and handle active warehouse tasks.
• Vocational or technical education in supply‑chain or related field is a plus.

• Basic computer applications such as spreadsheets and email.
