Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead and expand our wealth management portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. The role involves delivering tailored investment and wealth planning solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing personalized investment advice.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
• Recommend a range of investment products—including local bonds, mutual funds, international markets, private placements and real‑estate funds—aligned with regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor client portfolios and propose adjustments in response to market changes and evolving client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as investment specialists, product groups and compliance to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including CBJ regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the acquisition of additional high‑net‑worth clients.
• Oversee risk profiling, onboarding and due‑diligence processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management or relationship management with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong understanding of investment products and regulatory environments.
• Excellent analytical and client‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of investment products such as bonds, mutual funds, private placements and real‑estate funds.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, particularly CBJ guidelines.
