About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Senior Retail Sales Officer to join our dynamic banking team. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions that enhance the overall banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and development of client relationships using sales and CRM systems to drive engagement.
• Design and execute structured customer contact plans to promote product offerings and strengthen client engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of complex issues.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services with clear value propositions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and relevant events.
• Build and expand a sustainable client portfolio by maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistent service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Customer‑centric mindset with high professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Results‑driven, resilient and motivated to exceed targets.
• Adaptable, proactive and able to learn new products quickly.
