Senior Sales Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to expand its life‑insurance portfolio in Jordan. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet customers’ financial protection needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through cold calls, networking events, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate life‑insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Proven ability to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
