Site Civil Engineer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Site Civil Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Amman, overseeing civil works for residential and commercial construction projects. You will ensure that designs are executed accurately, maintain safety and quality standards, and support the project team in delivering on schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate civil works with contractors and subcontractors.
• Verify that construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
• Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and track material quantities.
• Conduct inspections, support testing procedures, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to optimise construction methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in executing construction projects, covering structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate site activities throughout all project stages.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills to address on‑site challenges promptly.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Required skills

• Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordination of MEP works with relevant parties.
• Proficiency with engineering software and computer applications used on construction sites.
