Site Supervision Engineer

About the role

Rasmi & Kiwan is seeking a full‑time Site Supervision Engineer to be based on‑site in Amman. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that all work aligns with design drawings, specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contractor performance and daily construction progress.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with drawings, specifications and local safety codes.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements and material submittals with design teams and contractors.
• Manage on‑site documentation, audit invoices and maintain accurate project records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and adapt to changing project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field; professional registration or licensing is a plus.
• 3–7 years of practical experience on residential projects (villas or private buildings).
• Previous site‑supervision experience in Jordan or the surrounding region.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, health‑safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Amman and conduct regular inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with construction materials, especially concrete works.
• Competence in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Strong command of MS Office and project documentation tools.
