Gusto, our signature Italian restaurant, is looking for a passionate Specialty Italian Chef to elevate our dining experience. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality Italian dishes, including regional specialties, during service.
• Develop and refine menus that reflect both traditional and modern Italian trends.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Manage food costing, portion control, and inventory to ensure profitability.
• Lead the kitchen line during busy periods, providing hands‑on support and guidance.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff.

• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
