About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Devoteam, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure the right talent is placed in the right roles. You will play a key part in building Devoteam’s future workforce by attracting high‑calibre candidates who align with the company’s values and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality technical candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit for specific technical roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Administer and evaluate technical assessments to verify required skills and competencies.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, fostering strong relationships throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring technical talent.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
