Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Acuative is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment of top‑tier technical talent across its global operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to shape the company’s future workforce while developing your own recruiting expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders and track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑hire and source of hire.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings and stay updated on innovative recruiting techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of proven recruiting experience, either in‑house or at a staffing agency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
• Experience using resume databases and job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
