Technical Account Manager (Pre-Sales)

About the role

The Technical Account Manager (Pre‑Sales) is the technical face of the company throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with the Sales team, you will translate customer business challenges into detailed technical and business requirements that drive high‑quality proposals, proofs of concept and commercial quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers during sales engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive meetings and onsite visits to capture business and technical requirements.
• Document business processes, current‑state assessments, functional and non‑functional requirements, and integration needs.
• Qualify opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery and Product teams to create accurate technical specifications and proposals.
• Support Sales with technical enablement, solution brainstorming and validation of assumptions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and business‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience working in customer‑facing, enterprise‑level environments.
• Ability to travel for onsite customer engagements.
