Telesales Specialist – Online English Courses

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to promote our online English courses. You will engage prospective learners by phone, explain the benefits of our personalized lessons, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and educate potential customers about our online English courses.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and share best practices.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
- Excellent customer service and persuasive sales abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas is a plus.
- Team player with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
