Tourism Sales & Service Officer (Senior)

About the role

Smile Travel is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its sales team as Tourism Sales & Service Officers. The role involves promoting and selling a range of travel products while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell airline tickets, holiday packages, visas and Umrah services.
• Handle client inquiries before and after sales via phone, sales systems and at counters.
• Provide professional support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, sales and client communications.
• Follow up on leads to maximise conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years experience in travel and tourism sales.
• Practical experience in reservation ticketing and holiday package bookings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales both over the phone and in person.
• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
