About the role

HINCO Group is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to join its Finance team in Amman, Jordan. The role covers day-to-day cash and bank monitoring, reconciliations and coordination with banks.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process approved payments and bank transfers.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring.
  • Coordinate with banks and internal finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or treasury operations.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

  • Bank reconciliations, cash management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
