About the role
The Vendor Coordinator will manage daily operations for non‑food vendors on the Talabat platform, ensuring partners are supported and KPIs are met while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain partner inventory with daily price, SKU, and promotion updates.
- Monitor order flow and picker performance, and set up manpower rosters.
- Provide administrative assistance, resolve vendor issues, and implement promotions.
- Train partners on internal tools such as Pelican and help optimize order processing.
- Identify and address vendor delays by working closely with partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent verbal and written English.
- Analytical mindset with logical thinking.
- Effective organizational and adaptability skills.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
