Waiter – Guest Service Expert

About the role
As a Waiter (Guest Service Expert) you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our hotel restaurant. You will be responsible for setting tables, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service stations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
