About the role
Join the Sheraton team in Amman as a Waitress, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be part of a Guest Service Expert crew that ensures every meal feels special, from setting tables to final bill.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
