ITSM/ITAM System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) System Engineer to design, implement and optimise ITSM and ITAM solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work with ManageEngine Service Manager and apply ITIL best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Architect scalable, resilient ITSM/ITAM environments that meet evolving client needs.
• Define and enforce ITIL‑based processes for incident, change, asset and service‑catalog management.
• Drive continuous improvement using automation, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers and stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience implementing and supporting ITSM/ITAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles, with ITIL Foundation v4 certification.
• Proven ability to design and deploy solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
