About the role
Cargill is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to manage and grow its poultry portfolio across a defined group of customers. You will be responsible for medium‑to‑long‑term planning, face‑to‑face selling, and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead interactions with assigned customers to capture sales opportunities.
- Explore new market segments, calculate return on investment, and develop business cases.
- Close new sales and monitor market activities to align with company goals.
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Develop and execute client acquisition, retention, and growth plans with minimal supervision.
- Report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends.
- Travel within the Middle East as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience, preferably within the poultry sector.
- Five to ten years of combined sales, marketing, and business development experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
- Comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
