About the role

We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join MetLife’s Jordan team. You will be responsible for driving new business, meeting sales targets and delivering high‑quality service to our clients in a professional environment. Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate client requirements with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and selling abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
