Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will act as a catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation within a Hilton hotel in Jordan. You will support functional excellence and leadership capability across all departments, ensuring team members grow through structured learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support departments in developing cutting‑edge functional excellence and leadership capabilities.
• Act as a change catalyst for cultural and organisational transformation.
• Provide key training input for all hotel activities and plans.
• Support individual, team, and career development through experience‑based learning.
• Induct, coach, and mentor new team members.
• Interact daily with hotel leaders responsible for people development.
• Partner with departments to deliver training programs and leadership interventions.
• Monitor and conduct learning and development reviews with each department.
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong people‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive attitude, high grooming standards, and flexibility to respond to varied situations.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently or within a team.
• Intermediate proficiency with computers and standard office programs.
