About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. In this position you will support the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Post vacancies on job portals and LinkedIn.
- Conduct HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and produce recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding and offer preparation processes.
- Update the ATS and keep candidate information accurate.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Required skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
