About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. In this position you will support the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
  • Post vacancies on job portals and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct HR screening calls and schedule interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and produce recruitment reports.
  • Support onboarding and offer preparation processes.
  • Update the ATS and keep candidate information accurate.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
