Sales Agent – Driver Recruitment

About the role

Jeeny is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its driver acquisition team. You will be the primary point of contact for drivers, encouraging them to register on the platform and stay active. The role is fast‑paced and focuses on building strong relationships with drivers through daily communication.

Key responsibilities

• Contact drivers via phone calls and WhatsApp to support registration and onboarding.
• Persuade and motivate drivers to take trips on the Jeeny platform.
• Conduct daily follow‑ups and maintain consistent communication with drivers.
• Address driver concerns professionally and build positive relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fast learner, disciplined, organized and target‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic; basic English is a plus.
