Sales & Operations Officer

About the role

The Sales and Operations Officer will support CheckPoint’s day‑to‑day business in Amman, ensuring smooth coordination between sales activities and operational processes. This full‑time hybrid position blends customer engagement, inventory oversight and performance analysis to help the company grow its culturally‑focused puzzle line.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflow and manage inventory levels.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, set targets and identify trends.
• Support customer engagement and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and basic financial planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in procurement activities.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization initiatives to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in operations management or process optimisation.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting sales data.
• Basic finance knowledge, including budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce or supply‑chain management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or a related field preferred.
