Senior TA Representative (Healthcare)

About the role

The Senior TA Representative will act as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders, driving ethical and compliant sales growth for Novartis. The role focuses on building deep, value‑based relationships, understanding customer challenges, and delivering tailored engagement journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential customers using data analysis to influence prescription decisions.
• Orchestrate positive customer experiences across in‑person and virtual channels.
• Engage in value‑based conversations to uncover challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long‑term collaborations with HCPs and opinion leaders at the territory level.
• Gather and share customer insights with internal teams to shape content, campaigns, and interaction plans.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address unmet patient needs.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases within 24 hours.
• Distribute marketing samples where applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong analytical mindset to prioritize accounts based on data.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to Novartis Code of Ethics.
• Excellent communication skills for both in‑person and virtual engagements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
