About the role

We are looking for a motivated TeleSales Representative (B2C) to join Jo Academy’s sales team. The role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships for our EdTech products.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities, including calls, visits, and meetings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and identify their needs.
  • Qualify leads, prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and handle objections.
  • Escalate complex issues when required and follow up on pending orders.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives while adhering to company scripts and quality standards.
  • Submit activity and performance reports and perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C or telemarketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and target‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic with good English skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with telephony systems.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Knowledge of sales/marketing automation tools.
