Account Consultant – Sales & White-Glove Onboarding

About the role
GigFig is an AI automation platform that helps business owners run their daily operations with AI operators that draft content, manage tasks and keep work moving. It is hiring an Account Consultant to win new clients and make their first weeks on the platform feel effortless. The position is remote, based in Amman, Jordan.
Key responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with real estate business owners
- Own the sales pipeline from the first call through to close
- Provide white-glove onboarding: build client workspaces, connect their tools and configure their first AI workflows
- Act as the main point of contact after launch, with regular check-ins and proactive ideas
- Grow and develop client accounts over time
- Share client feedback and insights with the product team
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working remotely and managing clients independently
