Assistant Executive Director – Hospitality Services

About the role

The Assistant Executive Director/Hospitality Services Director supports the Executive Director in delivering an exceptional living experience for residents at Sagewood at Daybreak. This senior‑level position focuses on resident satisfaction, associate engagement, financial performance, and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director to achieve community goals for resident loyalty, associate engagement, and financial targets.
• Supervise the Resident Relations department and other assigned areas.
• Recruit, train, manage, and retain high‑performing associates while identifying future talent for succession.
• Lead business planning, forecasting, and operational decisions based on occupancy and financial objectives.
• Drive community projects, committees, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Enhance resident and family satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote adoption of Kisco’s software systems and best‑practice benchmarks.
• Support the community sales process and perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in health‑care, senior‑living, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading results‑driven teams with emphasis on financial and operational performance.
• Experience working with seniors is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to one of Kisco’s other cluster markets if needed.
