Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Arabic/English) – Irbid

About the role

Concentrix is hiring on-site Customer Service Representatives in Irbid who speak English and Arabic (advanced English). The Advisor I, Customer Service position handles customer requests by inbound or outbound calls or online, depending on client needs, and resolves routine problems about clients' products or services. The role suits part-time or flexible schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
• Manage multichannel interactions such as voice, email, social media or chat to keep a consistent customer experience
• Develop tech skills and learn software solutions that improve people's lives
• Promote better brand experiences for customers and clients

Required profile

• Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English (advanced English)
• Proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Able to work rotating and weekend shifts
• Located in Irbid; legal authorization to work in Jordan is required

Required skills

• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work with helpdesk systems is a plus
