Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator will support communication with companies, track potential opportunities, and help coordinate events. This position focuses on documentation, follow‑up and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Contact companies in the database, introduce projects and services using approved materials.
• Record companies’ needs, follow up on responses and keep opportunity records up to date.
• Coordinate sharing of project information and refer qualified opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Document calls, meetings, correspondence and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support event logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management and post‑event summaries.
• Communicate with existing clients about the loyalty program, document inquiries and feedback, and follow up with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization, follow‑up and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail in record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with colleagues, companies, clients and suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with databases or CRM tools.
