Content Marketing/KOL Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing/KOL Specialist to lead our TikTok influencer initiatives. The role will focus on building strong relationships with TikTok KOLs, analysing competitor trends and delivering high‑impact campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and maintain a network of TikTok influencers and agencies.
• Analyse viral competitor content and extract insights to inform marketing tactics.
• Plan, execute and oversee TikTok KOL campaigns, ensuring quality content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate TikTok strategies into broader marketing plans.
• Negotiate contracts and manage campaign budgets.
• Track performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on data insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL or influencer marketing, preferably on TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese TikTok ecosystem and market trends.
• Proven ability to conduct competitor content analysis and apply findings.
• Well‑connected within TikTok influencer communities.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
