Data Management & Analytics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Data Management & Analytics Manager to lead the AI and analytics agenda for Orange Jordan’s Enterprise Business Unit. The role will shape strategy, drive commercialization of AI solutions and ensure data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the Data Management & Analytics team, coordinating efforts to deliver high‑impact projects.
• Identify, prioritize and commercialize AI initiatives to generate revenue and market leadership.
• Oversee design, deployment and continuous improvement of AI‑driven solutions that optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of analytics programs.
• Manage budgets and resources for AI and analytics projects responsibly.
• Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning and data‑analytics technologies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to secure support for initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data‑governance policies and maintain data quality.
• Attract, retain and develop top talent in AI and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI, data analytics or a related discipline, with proven team‑leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of AI techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing and computer vision.
• Extensive experience in data mining, statistical and predictive modeling, and data storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big‑data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
