Digital Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position leads the digital performance marketing function at Masar – Gain Success. The manager will drive the day‑to‑day activities of the digital marketing team, ensuring client communication, sales growth, and the optimisation of marketing performance to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the digital marketing team.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to achieve targets.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives that boost online profitability.
• Analyse performance data and implement optimisation strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve results.
