E-commerce Catalog Assistant

About the role

The E‑commerce Catalog Assistant will ensure the online store’s product listings are accurate, complete, and easy to browse. Working on‑site in Amman, you will collaborate with internal teams to keep the catalog up‑to‑date and support promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across the online store.
• Enter product data, set categories and tags, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory.
• Research product details and specifications and coordinate with internal teams to gather missing information.
• Monitor catalog consistency, check for errors or missing data, and improve searchability and filtering.
• Support promotional campaigns by preparing and adjusting product listings.
• Track basic performance of catalog changes and identify opportunities to improve customer browsing.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements for catalog management.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Analytical ability to review catalog data and identify inconsistencies.
• Organizational skills to structure product information and manage categories.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in retail, e‑commerce, or catalog management is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, information management, or a related field is beneficial.
