Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Employee Engagement Specialist helps create a motivating work environment across the bank and its overseas branches. By developing employee programs and collaborating with HR functions, the role aims to boost engagement, creativity, and a sense of belonging among staff.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously update the work plans of the Employee Engagement and Belonging Unit in line with the overall HR strategy.
• Develop and maintain multiple communication channels to share the bank’s strategy, objectives, achievements, survey results and other relevant information with employees.
• Organise and lead regular employee meetings, conferences, and engagement sessions to facilitate transparent dialogue, gather feedback and encourage open discussion.
• Prepare and distribute periodic employee newsletters in coordination with the direct supervisor.
• Measure, analyse and report on employee engagement and belonging using surveys, eNPS and other modern measurement techniques, linking results to organisational performance and updating dashboards.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures and systems in partnership with relevant stakeholders to enhance the employee experience.
• Propose and develop programmes that strengthen employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
• Promote a positive, engaging work culture by documenting recommendations, updating organisational programmes and reinforcing desired behavioural practices.
