About the role
We are seeking an energetic Enterprise Recruitment Representative to act as the official face of a top US university across the Middle East. The role combines strategic planning with on‑the‑ground partner building, requiring frequent travel and remote collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute data‑driven recruitment strategies to grow student enrollment in the region.
- Train, mentor and activate B2B education agents and student counselors.
- Represent the university at education expos, university visits and recruitment fairs.
- Travel 2–3 weeks per month (50‑75% travel) to strengthen partner relationships and close growth gaps.
Required profile
- 3–8 years of experience in US recruitment and study‑abroad landscape.
- Proven B2B track record in agent acquisition, training and relationship management.
- Strong network and established market presence within the Middle East.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region.
