Experienced Hire Recruiter – Senior Associate

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Associate to join its MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team in Amman. You will act as a strategic partner to business units, delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience and supporting the firm’s growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Provide talent market intelligence, compensation trends and candidate expectations to hiring managers.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and build robust candidate pipelines for both generalist and specialist roles.
• Leverage EY’s AI‑enabled recruitment tools and data analytics to improve screening and decision‑making.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, talent networks and professional communities.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and frameworks.

Required profile

• Approximately 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
