Capital Bank is seeking a skilled Mobile Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cutting‑edge Flutter applications that deliver a seamless digital banking experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive UI/UX and ensure a consistent look and feel.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, ensuring data consistency.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize app performance across devices.
• Implement security measures to protect user data and comply with privacy regulations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain the application post‑release.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute innovative ideas for new features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Strong portfolio of Flutter‑based applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
