French-Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. This fully remote position blends hospitality service with property‑management coordination, ensuring guests enjoy seamless experiences from booking to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple rental properties.
• Communicate with guests in French and English via Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other channels.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, and ongoing guest support.
• Respond to inquiries, reviews and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep properties guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars and pricing updates.
• Assist with listing optimization and channel management.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Prior experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals or property management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
